What is the return policy?
Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all lingerie, underwear, bodysuits, sleepwear, and loungewear are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for these items once they have been worn or tried on.
However, if you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our mistake, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. In such cases, we will gladly offer a replacement or a suitable solution at no additional cost.
All items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected product. Usually 1-8 days.
CAN I RETURN A CORSET?
Our corsets are custom-made according to individual measurements, therefore they are not eligible for returns or refunds.
If you notice any issue or mistake with your corset, please inform us immediately upon receiving the parcel (or during pickup).
In such cases, we will gladly alter or remake the corset to achieve the perfect fit.
Please note that claims submitted after the corset has been worn or used for an event cannot be accepted. Our goal is to ensure every corset fits beautifully, and we are always happy to work with you to achieve the best result.
